MemoriesHanging from the branches a large golden star, twinkling and bright, throwing shades of blue and red from the Christmas tree lights. Kids running back and forth from a huge cookie intake, Grandma sitting there smiling, knowing she has a lot more to bake.
The weatherman's radar shows Santa just north of where we stay, my brother and I standing outside, hoping to catch Rudolph lighting the way. There wasn't anything that we wouldn't give to see the jolly fat man in his giant red sleigh.

I dont know how many of you like Nirvana, but they put out a cd/dvd concert set recorded live at the Reading festival. It is completely amazing. I havent stopped listening to it for a solid week, much to the chagrin of the rest of the household. If your old school grunge or just like good, hard rock music, then this is for you.

I know this is EXTREMELY late and I sincerely apologize. But I wanted to wish you a very happy and belated Father's Day! Fathers add just as much to a family as mothers do...thank you for being such a great person!
